The suites in the original villa feature two levels of luxury, with the upper floor suites giving easy access to the front and rear verandahs. The four suites in the new hotel building feature their own discreet balconies and easy access to the rear courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or a sundown drink before hitting Ponsonby Road.
